When Bhediya star Kriti Sanon could not remember the name of her own on-screen father

Actress Kriti Sanon marked her debut along with Tiger Shroff with their 2014 release Heropanti. It is worth mentioning that before trying her luck in Bollywood, the actress made a name for herself in Telugu film industry. And now, there is no going back for her, given that she has delivered a bunch of noteworthy films. Though her acting career is only eight-year-old, the actress has donned numerous characters. However, do you know she once struggled to remember the name of an established actor, who played her on-screen father?

During her interview with Bollywood Hungama back in 2015, Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon had played a fun quiz round. For the same, we had asked the Dilwae duo to take the compatibility test. We asked them questions about each other. However, the first round tied between them as both of them gave 4 answers right out of 5. 

Later, in the bonus question, we asked Varun to tell the name of the actor who played the character of Kriti’s dad in her first music video, ‘Chal Wahan Jaate Hain’. Though both of them were able to recall the works of the mentioned actor, they struggled to state his name. Well, it was Rajesh Khatter, actor Ishaan Khatter’s dad. 

Talking about her professional front, Kriti is gearing up for the release of Bhediya. The creature comedy will also feature Varun Dhawan. Directed by Amar Kaushik, it is slated to hit the theatres on November 25.
