Megastar Amitabh Bachchan celebrated his 80th birthday on October 11. The celebration was nationwide with wishes pouring in from all corners – from celebrities, colleagues from the film industry, and fans from all across. Shah Rukh Khan, who has worked with Bachchan and is known to be close to him, took to social media to wish him.
Sharing a video from the Badla promotion days, the actor wrote, “One thing to learn from this great man, actor, superstar, father and superhuman is to never back away….instead learn….level up and launch again and again….forever. May you always be healthy and entertain our grandchildren also. Love you sir @SrBachchan.”

In the video, Amitabh Bachchan and Shah Rukh Khan are together humming the song ‘Ek Dusre Se Karte Hain Pyaar Hum’. The video was taken during Badla promotions, which was backed by Red Chillies Entertainment and also starred Taapsee Pannu.
The two stars have worked in three films together, including Mohabbatein, Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham and Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna.
On the work front, Amitabh Bachchan was most recently seen in Brahmastra with Alia Bhatt, Ranbir Kapoor, Nagarjuna, and Mouni Roy. It had a cameo of Shah Rukh Khan with glimpses of Deepika Padukone and Dimple Kapadia. He will next star in Sooraj Barjatya’s Unnchai with Boman Irani and Anupam Kher. He has also signed Nag Ashwin’s next with Prabhas and Deepika Padukone and The Intern remake with Deepika Padukone.
Meanwhile, Shah Rukh Khan is set to return to the big screen next year. He is headlining three projects - Pathaan, Jawan and Dunki. Following his cameos in Rocketry: The Nambi Effect, Laal Singh Chaddha and most recently, Brahmastra, he also has a cameo in Tiger 3.
Pathaan has the biggest stars including Shah Rukh Khan, Deepika Padukone, and John Abraham. The film is set to release on January 25, 2023, in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu!
