Naga Chaitanya has been a part of the Telugu film industry for over a decade now. The actor, who is the son of Nagarjuna Akkineni, enjoys a massive fan following down south. Chaitanya is all set to step into the Hindi film industry with the upcoming film Laal Singh Chaddha starring Aamir Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan.
In a recent interview with Bollywood Hungama, while talking about Laal Singh Chaddha, Naga Chaitanya said, “It was beautiful working with Aamir Khan. The scenes came out well and I am really excited. I have to fly down to Bombay sometime to see the film and finish some dubbing for it. I can't wait for all to watch it."
Directed by Advait Chandan, Laal Singh Chaddha is the official adaptation of the Hollywood film Forrest Gump which had Tom Hanks in the lead. In the pictures from the sets of the film, Chaitanya was seen posing with Aamir Khan in an army uniform. The film will be released in theatres on April 14, 2022.
Apart from Laal Singh Chaddha, Naga Chaitanya will also be making his debut on the OTT platform with a web series. The actor will be seen playing a journalist in a web series for Amazon Prime Video. "March 1 we are starting shoot for that. It's a horror series directed by Vikram Kumar and Amazon is producing it," the actor shared.
